Shipping Policy

At Arora Fireworks, we value every customer and strive to ensure that your orders reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms:

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to keep our website inventory updated, but occasional discrepancies may occur.
  • If a product in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items first and notify you of the shortage.
  • In case of any issues, our team will work with you to provide the best possible resolution.
  • Orders above ₹25,000 → Free Shipping
  • Orders between ₹100 (minimum order value) and ₹24,999 → Standard delivery charges apply
  • Please note: Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice depending on courier rates and service areas.

 

  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 working days or more depending on your location.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.
  • Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

    • Severe weather conditions
    • Festivals or public holidays
    • Courier or transportation delays
    • Incorrect/incomplete address, phone number, or PIN code
    • Delivery attempt made but recipient unavailable

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they are dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, a cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and handling costs.

 

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or unsealed, please do not accept it.
  • If you’ve already accepted it, kindly contact us immediately at orders@arorafireworks.com with clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest.
  • In rare cases, courier partners may mark an order as “Delivered” before it physically reaches you.
  • If this happens, please inform us immediately. Our team will raise a request with the courier company and obtain a Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Once we have the details, we will update you on the resolution timeline and ensure the issue is resolved fairly.
